Restorative Bodywork

In my bodywork sessions, I use a combination of passive movement treatments and guided movement self care techniques. Pulling from my trainings and experience with Ilan Lev Method, Restorative Yoga, and fascial release techniques. Each movement session is planned according to the current problem you are facing.
